I found the Blue Letter Bible a couple years ago; it is a very well laid-out and thought-out site. I especially like its various translations and Greek variants, and its links to commentaries and sermons.
I’m also a big fan of eSword (which you mentioned earlier) – I’ve been using that for 3 or 4 years.
