I am trying this again. I deleted the other post which had the first version of this song because I got self-conscious and thought people wouldn’t understand what I am doing.
This is like recording my own “jam session” and sharing among friends.
My style is different. One person who was part of our praise band for a short time spoke of how we “jazzed up” the songs. 🙂 My music is generally well-received so I thought I would develop my skills with my DAW so I could share more. I can do this legally with old hymns that I arrange and with songs I have written with no fear of copyright violations.
This is a challenge which I enjoy as I become the drummer, the bass player and whatever other instrument I pull from my music library.
For those of you who don’t know, I play mostly keyboards. The piano you hear is me; the other instruments I play are software instruments I play from a small keyboard which sits directly in front of my computer monitors. So I also “play” drums, bass, etc.
So without further explanation. Here it is “all jazzed up.” 🙂
